Tang Soo Do is a traditional martial art originating from South Korea. It was one of the styles from which Taekwondo was developed. Through careful guidance from our qualified 4th Dan instructor (with over 20 years experience), members will develop skills in self-defence involving strikes, kicks, grappling and throws. Tang Soo Do is not a sport, but an effective form of self-defence and is a great way to improve on your fitness, and de-stress from the rigours of everyday life.
