Vinyasa-flow class (morning)

Guided vinyasa class including a gentle warm-up and grounding, followed by a flowing sequence of standing postures, balances, twists and inversions.
Guided vinyasa class including a gentle warm-up and grounding, followed by a flowing sequence of standing postures, balances, twists and inversions. Class will conclude with a final meditation (although Savasana is open to weary souls at any stage of the practice).
No previous yoga experience is necessary and flexibility is not a prerequisite. The focus of this vinyasa is on finding the balance between effort and ease that best allows the body and mind to relax, and empowering individuals to explore how the postures fit best with their own unique bodies (Facebook).
We will be practising in room GS201 (map).
What to wear
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Mats & props
We have access to mats, blocks, bolsters and straps. You are also welcome to bring your own mat.
