Yoga and Wellbeing Club is a student led group, bringing together people for FREE regular yoga classes, meditations, and other social events at Swinburne in Hawthorn.
We aim to meet 3 times a week for regular yoga practice in and around campus. Our classes are drop-in, and offer varied programmes including vinyasa flow, meditation, restorative poses, and myofascial release.
Evening classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm in GS201 (map).
Morning classes are held every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:15 am in GS201 (map), or at Central Gardens (map), depending on weather.
New and returning students are most welcome to join us! All mats and props are provided, though you may bring your own if you wish.
Membership for 2017 is FREE for Swinburne students and $10 per year for non-students. Please join us by using the link above!
